be a humble warrior| thanksgiving yoga series

It’s day two of the series and you’re just getting started on this journey of gratitude to Thanksgiving. I’m sure you’ve been thinking of what you’re grateful for, here’s the things I’m grateful for:

  • my family, friends and squad
  • my new studio apartment
  • my job as a yoga instructor
  • my yoga practice
  • restful night’s sleep
  • every new day
  • alone time

Today we’re targeting standing poses, where we will cultivate gratitude by finding strength but softness at the same time. Yesterday we got moving with Sun A, today we’re working on warrior poses, peaking with humble warrior to illustrate humility into our hearts. So sit down, be humble, turn up Kendrick Lamar and let’s get flowing.
