I’m a California-based Yoga Instructor celebrating sobriety, ocean therapy, eating well and movement as medicine movement. My unconventional approach embraces good music, deep breathing, alignment-focused asana and a heartfelt connection to your authentic self and body.

I was first introduced to yoga in 2005 as a young athlete to supplement my tennis training. What started as a physical practice, later turned into a lifestyle that provided healing for my mind and body after a sports injury that left me with a dislocated knee and the inability to walk.

Four years later, I committed to being a devoted practitioner and studied with Long Beach School of Yoga for my 200 hour yoga teacher training.

I have continued on to teach with Nandi Yoga, The Happiness Planner, Hill Street Boxing Gym to name a few and look forward to flowing with you on the mat.
