This vinyasa flow yoga class, ties breath to movement, starts with traditional Sun Salutations and then moves to a sequence of standing and seated poses with the goal of achieving stira (stability) and sukha (ease) in each and every posture. Experienced yogis will have the option of deepening their practice with more challenging transitions and poses.
Private one-on-one experiences are tailored specifically to your goals and needs – it’s a unique opportunity to work on your yoga skills based on what works best for you while building body awareness and understanding of how best to develop a lifelong practice that connects where you are today with where you want to be.
