Vinyasa Yoga

This all levels flow class incorporates a mindful and supportive approach to developing strength, balance and flexibility with poses and breathing. Students who are newer to the practice will learn the building blocks, including alignment, use of props and how to modify within each pose and how to safely and mindfully transition between poses. Experienced students will have the opportunity to delve deeper into their practice with more advanced transitions or postures.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply rejuvenating practice of supported yoga poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing and an extended savasana (final resting pose). This mindful, meditative and calming practice cultivates a balance for all of us between our bodies and our minds while dissolving physical and mental tension and may help reduce stress and restore balance. Students often find their energy level recharged and experience a sense of renewal. We recommend having props ready for class.
