Happy Sunday! I hope you’re staying active and engaged, keeping up with the pressure when momentum is building, and resting when you need it most.
Today was allll about sin and yin. I held a restorative/yin yoga class this morning with The Happiness Planner and then made the most decadent batch of cream puffs. There’s something so meditative of baking, it offers a bit of sanctuary. I mean who’d expect you to answer a message or email when you’re in the middle of sifting flour? There is my yin. Then there is the “add eggs, mix well, add eggs, mix well” mantra, turning literally a hot mess into the most delicious pâté à choux. I’ve already eaten about 4 of them today, so there is my sin.
This week, I’m working on a few projects and can not wait to share with you all soon! I will take a break in the start of the week to work on these projects and continue with my streaming schedule as usual starting Thursday. Take care and see you on the mat!
